Our marketing program begins with a thorough inspection to become familiar with all aspects of your vessel. This enables us to accurately compare it to other vessel offerings on the market and establish the best possible marketing price.
We also use this knowledge to portray your vessel in the most favorable light to prospective buyers and other brokers.
Based on our selling experience, we will discuss with you any items we believe should be addressed prior to placing your vessel on the market.
We will continually research the market for other sales and listings that may impact your pricing.
A full detailed description and multiple photographs of your vessel will be listed on our website, as well as YachtWorld and YATCO, the international yacht listing data base used by the majority of brokers worldwide. As an active participant in this service, we have sold many vessels that find homes in far away ports.
We will produce and email a full color flyer to our extensive list of brokers to announce that your vessel is on the market.
If another broker is unable to accompany a prospective purchaser, we will gladly show the vessel as a courtesy to the broker as well as you.
Once an offer has been initiated, we will assist you in the negotiations to achieve a final price satisfactory to you.
Once an offer has been accepted, we will help organize a sea trial and survey in preparation of the closing documents.
